I would give the host top marks without hesitation, but there were a few issues with the unit that weren't the host's responsibility. One of the faucets in the bathroom was broken, but the host took care of it promptly. Additionally, I felt the cleanliness of one of the bathtubs could have been improved. The towels also left something to be desired and should be updated by the owner.
This Airbnb has an excellent location and offers a roomy apartment. While there are a few minor adjustments that could enhance the experience, I was very happy with my extended visit. The property is conveniently situated, provides a great parking option, includes a gym, and boasts a large swimming pool where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets every evening.

Our stay here for business was fantastic! The house had ample space with comfortable and spotless beds. The two cottage rooms in the back provided great extra room and private bathrooms for everyone. We enjoyed the pool area, which was surrounded by beautiful trees. We did use the supplied nets to keep it tidy, but once it was clean, we loved taking swims in the warm weather. The soothing sound of the waterfall made for a relaxing evening ambiance. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe; we even took evening strolls to the nearby Publix. The location is ideal, just a short distance from Clematis St and City Place, which are packed with bars, restaurants, and are close to the beach. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to our inquiries. We would absolutely love to return if the property is available next time!

The host was outstanding, making the entire process seamless. Whenever we had a maintenance issue, they promptly arranged for someone to come out and resolve it swiftly. The apartment was roomy, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The neighbors were friendly, and we had a blast relaxing by the pool. When we mistakenly got our checkout date wrong, the host went above and beyond to accommodate us. With multiple properties listed, their reliability and professionalism shone through.
