Despite this being a one-bedroom rental, there is enough space for a group of 4 to live comfortably. There are king and queen beds in the apartment, a washer and dryer for laundry, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator for yummy foods. The living space is also big enough to entertain everyone, which means you all can choose to watch a movie on the large smart TVs or trade daily stories here. This is a pet-friendly rental, so you can bring them along too. In addition, we also provide parking spaces for your vehicle, and if you use electric vehicles, you can use any of the free charging stations in the area. Our work trip to this property was fantastic! We found the accommodations to be spacious and the beds were wonderfully comfortable and spotless. The two cottage rooms in the back provided us with the extra space we needed, and it was great to have a bathroom for each one. The pool area was a great bonus; nestled among the trees, we did have to use the nets to clear it out a bit, but we thoroughly enjoyed swimming when the weather was warm. The gentle sound of the waterfall added a soothing ambiance during the evenings. The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt secure walking around at night, even making a stroll to the nearby Publix. Plus, you're just a short distance from Clematis Street and City Place, which are bustling with lively bars, restaurants, and the beach. The property manager was very attentive and quick to respond to our needs and questions. We can't wait to return in the future if it's available!
