I had to make a sudden work trip to West Palm and was looking for a place to stay for about a month. The host was incredibly helpful and reached out immediately when I arrived at the airport. Although the building is quite large, the host provided a thorough tour to get me settled in. The condo is roomy enough for one or two guests, everything functioned perfectly, and it was spotlessly clean.
I would rate the host five stars solely based on their attentiveness and willingness to help. However, there were a few issues with the unit that need attention. A faucet in one of the bathrooms was malfunctioning, but the host quickly arranged for repairs. Additionally, one of the bathtubs could have used a bit more thorough cleaning. The towels provided could also be upgraded for a better experience. Overall, I appreciate the host's effort, but some improvements are needed.

This guesthouse is a fantastic find in the often pricey West Palm Beach area for short-term stays. It's perfect for a solo traveler, a couple, or even two friends since the bed configuration can be set up as either two twins or a king. The location is ideal, putting you close to numerous activities in WPB. The kitchen has been beautifully renovated and includes a stove, fridge, and stylish countertop and sink. Likewise, the bathroom has undergone updates and features nice touches like a dimmer switch for the lighting. Enjoy the refreshing ceiling fans in both the living area and bedroom, in addition to the top-notch air conditioning. The closet is well-designed with plenty of racks and bars for easy organization. Plus, there’s access to a shared washer and dryer, as well as off-street parking, which is shared with the main house (another rental option if you require more room). The property manager was very responsive and took care of a couple of minor issues promptly and pleasantly. Overall, this place met all our expectations, and we would definitely consider renting again.
Our family had a fantastic time staying at this rental! It was the perfect setting for us to come together and create lasting memories. I would definitely recommend this property, but do check in advance to ensure the pool is up to standard before getting there. We were looking forward to enjoying the backyard and grilling, but the pool needed some maintenance which caused a hiccup. The management has been proactive in addressing this with their pool service. The host was incredibly attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend this host!

However, overall, it matched the description well and did not pose any major problems. I'd definitely consider booking this place again.
