This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations! We spent an amazing month here and loved every second. The location is unbeatable—just a short 10-minute ride from the airport (yet surprisingly quiet), and only a 2-minute stroll to numerous shops and eateries. Plus, it’s a quick 10-minute drive to the beach! We also enjoyed a 15-minute walk to Clemantis, where we found fantastic dining options and a lively farmers market every Saturday. Having everything within walking distance meant we didn't even need a car. The host was incredibly helpful and made our stay hassle-free. Any time we needed assistance, they had someone come by to fix things right away, which was impressive. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials. Our neighbors were friendly, and we loved relaxing by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout day, the host went above and beyond to accommodate us. They have several properties and are genuinely reliable and professional. We wholeheartedly recommend this place and the host’s other listings to anyone looking for a great stay!

Our experience for my sister’s bachelorette weekend was fantastic! The property was spacious enough for our party of 13, featuring ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone's comfort. Having two guest houses allowed us to enjoy some privacy while also being close together. The outdoor space was gorgeous and ideal for capturing memorable photos. Plus, the location was perfect—just a short distance from downtown West Palm Beach! The owner was very attentive and supportive during our time there. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to host a large gathering!

The studio was beautifully designed and had all the essentials for a wonderful stay. Plus, having access to the swimming pool was a huge bonus for relaxing my legs after long hours on my feet. I definitely plan to return!
We had a lovely stay at this charming guesthouse, which is a great find in the often pricey West Palm Beach rental scene. It's the perfect size for solo travelers, couples, or even friends, as the bed can be arranged as twins or a king. The location makes it easy to explore all that WPB has to offer. The kitchen is newly updated and features a stove, fridge, and sleek countertops, which we really appreciated. The bathroom has also been beautifully renovated, with nice touches like a dimmer switch for added ambiance. Both the bedroom and living area have ceiling fans to complement the efficient air conditioning. The closet is well-organized, providing plenty of space for our belongings. We enjoyed the convenience of a shared washer and dryer along with off-street parking, which is available for both this unit and the main house if you need extra room. The host was responsive and took care of a couple of minor concerns promptly. All in all, this property fit our needs perfectly, and we'd be happy to book with this host again in the future.

The location of the rental was quite a distance from the convention center, requiring over a 30-minute walk or a 5-minute drive, which was a bit inconvenient. The room itself was on the smaller side with just one double bed, a sofa, and a mini table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not functioning properly, and the kitchen amenities were lacking as well. Considering the price, it felt a bit excessive for what was offered. Thankfully, I managed to get a full refund in accordance with Airbnb policies, but I believe a rate above $300 is not justified given the condition and amenities. I hope future guests will see more reasonable pricing and additional features added.
