If I were just rating the host, they would easily earn a full five stars. Unfortunately, there were a few issues within the unit that were beyond the host's control. There was a broken faucet in one of the bathrooms, but the host promptly arranged for a repair. One of the bathtubs could have used a bit more attention in terms of cleanliness. Additionally, the towels provided were not of the highest quality and should be upgraded.
This property was fantastic! It was cozy and situated in an ideal spot. The amenities like the pool and gym were impressive. The host was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely return for another stay. Just a small note: the appearance of the apartment varied slightly from the photos online, but it wasn't a significant issue.

We didn't rely on it much since we were mainly there for a wedding, and the stovetop worked just fine. We genuinely valued our interactions with the host and appreciated the thoughtful little surprises they provided during our stay. A big thank you to them! You can't beat the location, which is conveniently close to all the attractions in WPB. The kitchen has been nicely updated, featuring modern appliances like a stove, fridge, and stylish countertops. The bathroom renovations also add a nice touch, including the thoughtful dimmer switch for ambiance. With ceiling fans in both the bedroom and living room, plus effective air conditioning, staying comfortable is easy. The closet space is well-designed, offering ample storage options. Guests have access to a shared washer and dryer along with off-street parking, which is a great bonus, especially if more space is needed in the main house. The property manager was very responsive and addressed any minor concerns efficiently. Overall, this property met our expectations, and we would definitely consider booking again.
The owner was amazing and incredibly accommodating. They responded to messages quickly and were very understanding when I mixed up my reservation dates!
