We had a wonderful time at this property, which is situated in a fantastic neighborhood. It works well for families traveling together. The pool was enjoyable, although the heater wasn’t functioning, so it was a bit chilly. Thankfully, we made great use of the hot tub! The guest studios near the pool are compact but offered the privacy we needed. The house is older, so some areas show signs of wear, but it didn’t bother us too much. Unfortunately, the refrigerator and freezer didn’t perform well, with the freezer not getting cold enough for ice, which was a bit of a hassle. The stairs can be a bit tricky, and since there’s only one bedroom on the main floor, I wouldn’t recommend it for guests who have difficulty with stairs. There's also no bath or shower on the first floor, so keep that in mind. Overall, the price point is reasonable for the space, especially when shared among families.

This vacation rental exceeded all our expectations! We spent an entire month here and loved every moment. The location couldn't be better, just a short 10-minute ride from the airport (and completely peaceful), with a vast selection of shops and eateries just a 2-minute stroll away, plus the beach is a quick 10-minute drive. It’s also only a 15-minute walk to Clematis, where there are fantastic restaurants and the best farmers market every Saturday. You really don’t need a car to enjoy the area. The owner was an outstanding host who made everything so straightforward. Whenever we had a maintenance request, they promptly arranged for someone to assist us, ensuring everything was resolved quickly. The rental itself was comfortable, spacious, and equipped with all that we needed. The neighbors were friendly, and we loved hanging out by the pool. When we accidentally mixed up our checkout date, the owner was incredibly accommodating and made the entire process seamless. With multiple listings, they are reliable and professional. We highly recommend this place and would absolutely suggest the owner’s other properties to anyone looking for a great stay.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful three-week stay at this charming Airbnb. The location was absolutely ideal for our first visit to West Palm. We loved that everything we needed was just a short five-minute drive away, and we could even walk to some local spots easily. The neighborhood was peaceful and gave us a great sense of security. This lovely 100-year-old home features a fantastic pool and cabana area, which were highlights for us, and the two additional 'casitas' were incredibly useful for our large group. The host was highly attentive and made every effort to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. While a new washer/dryer and upgraded pillows would enhance the experience, we found this to be a perfect base for exploring West Palm.
