There are 3 beds available, a king and queen, which is enough sleeping room for 6 people. Each room also comes with a 55” TV so you can keep yourself entertained as you relax. Laundry is not a chore with the washer-dryer combo, and you can prepare your favorite home-cooked meals in the kitchen as all necessary equipment is available to do so. The unit is also located close to CityPlace, which means you have easy access to the hotspots of downtown.

The property is quite a distance from the convention center—over 30 minutes by foot or a 5-minute drive. The room itself was on the smaller side, equipped with just a double bed, a sofa, and a tiny table. Unfortunately, the shower facilities were not functioning, and the kitchen amenities were lacking. Given the location and the condition of the amenities, the price seemed quite excessive. I'm relieved that I was able to receive a full refund according to Airbnb's policy, but spending more than $300 for this space feels unreasonable. I hope the pricing is adjusted in the future and that some additional facilities are included.

We faced a last-minute cancellation at a different rental, but thankfully, the host was incredibly quick to respond and assisted us in securing a booking in under a day. Upon our arrival, the host warmly welcomed us, provided a thorough tour of the property, and encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything. They also shared fantastic recommendations for nearby beaches, dining spots, and local activities. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Wonderful Airbnb spot with a lot of room to relax. While there are a few minor updates needed, we thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay. The location is very convenient, featuring a great parking area, a gym, and a large swimming pool where we were treated to stunning sunsets each evening.
