The host was incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. Even with our delayed flight, they were there to welcome us and give us a detailed tour of the property. We truly appreciate all the efforts made to ensure our comfort!

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of everything! However, the building does show its age. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I did notice that the carpets could really use a deep clean, and some of the furniture needs attention, like the peeling leather on the couch. All in all, I enjoyed my time here and found it to be a cozy spot, but there are definitely some areas for improvement.

The host was fantastic throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth and the host was quick to respond whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. They greeted us upon arrival, making the entire process a breeze. Their knowledge about the local area was impressive. The location was exactly as advertised, making our trip even better. I highly recommend staying at one of their properties for a wonderful experience.

We had a fabulous time at this property for my sister's bachelorette getaway! It easily accommodated our party of 13, with more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to feel at home. The two guest houses allowed us to have some privacy while still being close together. The outdoor space was beautiful and provided us with fantastic backdrops for photos. The location was perfect - just minutes away from downtown West Palm Beach! The owner was very attentive and quick to respond to all our inquiries during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to host a large gathering!

We arrived on our flight around 1:00 PM and were excited to check in at 4:00 PM. However, when we got there, we were informed that the maids were still working and our check-in would be delayed. After waiting until 5:49 PM without any updates, we inquired about the status, but received no response. It wasn't until 7:02 PM that we asked for an update again and were told they would keep us posted. Finally, we got access to the property at 7:45 PM only to find that there was ongoing maintenance in the downstairs bathroom due to a leak. Workers were still tiling the floor and making quite a bit of noise until around 9:30 PM, which was disruptive. To make matters worse, they had left a used toilet and sink along with a plunger in the kitchen during our stay. There was no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. When I requested a partial refund for the late check-in and the issues we faced, I was told that the owner would need to be consulted, but I never received any follow-up. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't consider renting from this property again.

Unfortunately, when we checked in, we were informed that the cleaning crew was still busy, and it would take a bit longer. After waiting until 5:49 pm with no updates, we inquired again and received no response. By 7:02 pm, we were still left in the dark until they finally let us know they were working on it. It wasn't until around 7:45 pm that we could finally access the unit. When we entered, we discovered ongoing repairs due to a leak in the downstairs bathroom, and workers were tiling the floor until around 9:30 pm. To make matters worse, there were used fixtures, including a toilet and sink, left in the kitchen, along with a plunger. We didn’t receive any apologies for the inconvenience, and after asking for compensation due to the late check-in and other issues, we were told the host would need to discuss it with the owners but we never received any follow-up. Overall, the experience was quite frustrating and disappointing. I would hesitate to book with them again.
